Suggested usage

Mix one tablespoon (5 g) of L-leucine in 8 oz of water or juice and consume immediately before and after exercising (i.e. pre- and post-workout).  Taking 5 g of L-leucine between meals spaced 5-6 hours apart may also help increase muscle protein synthesis.
