With the help of a Head Harness, you can load your neck muscles much more fully. You can attach a free weights (dumbbell or disk weight) to the helmet end and perform various types of cramps for the different parts of the neck, such as weighting forward, backward, left and right. In addition to free weight, a pile can be attached to the helmet end. The advantage of the hitch is that it has a constant strain on the neck muscles.

Place the harness on your head, then attach a weight to it or attach it to the pile.
