It can be used for high-protein, low-carb omelets or scrambled eggs. You can always add it to your protein shake or smoothie to increase protein content. The product can be used for the preparation of desserts such as soufflé, ice cream, pancakes, cookies and various sweets. The egg white of Pure Nutrition can be consumed raw or after heat treatment. The product should be stored between 0 and 25 degrees Celsius throughout the shelf life. A temperature above 25 degrees is not appropriate. After opening the bottle, immediately place it in the refrigerator (making sure that the cap is firmly tightened) and consume within the next 48 hours. Unopened bottles can be kept frozen for up to 12 months. To defrost the product, refrigerate the product for about 10 - 12 hours and do not consume until completely defrosted.
